Creating a CD Cover - Continued

Here is the logo I created to represent our record label (company). The use of the vinyl record represents music and the r'n'b/soul records from the past. In order to create this I got a picture of a vinyl record from the internet and used the magnetic lasso from Photoshop and cut around it and in half. Furthermore, I used a gold colour overlay to blend in with the disc and the gold represents the status and power of the record label ' The Music Factory'.

Production Update

Since the last time I updated this blog, my group and I have continued editing the music video footage we have and I have now completed editing the part of the opening scene where our main female performer walks out the apartment complex. I have also done parts of the establishing shots and I am now starting on the part where our main female performer is about to walk out her room. I aim to get this part fully edited by the end of the week.
